Just left - got an iced coffee- their mistake- it was supposed to be hot. Went back to do exchange and asked if iced was more... expensive and was told no - not true! I love Dunkin. I?m one of the best customers on the shoreline. At minimum I get at least a coffee each and everyday I go. This... review is long overdue. I used to go to this store daily. It was convenient and on the way to work or errands. Ect. It?s gonecompletely down hill. The store is so dirty. The rugs need to be vacuumed. The floor is sticky and the workers are just downright rude. They see you walk in & the just ignore you. Absolutely horrible customer service. It?s gone completely down hill andI refuse to go back because I think they are that bad. If you do a mobile order. Check before you leave that you have everythingyou ordered. If not. When you speak up. You?ll get eye rolled at you and your food thrown at you. The disrespect is unreal. Ihave tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but, they?ve done wrong one too many times. Generally, it's a fine location. But the to-go orders never include the doughnuts, you have to go back on line and ask for... them. If you're ordering online, it's better to just skip trying to get doughnuts. Read more
