Honestly one of the worst chipotle?s I?ve been to. Place was dirty, countertops were being cleaned with old rags and the rice... was being pushed back into the containers. The white rice had a ton of brown rice in it. Pinto beans and meat looked like it hadbeen sitting out for days. Ridiculously conservative portions. By far the worst Chipotle I've ever had. No white rice. Staff members using profanity and openly using profanity (also, I am not... your dogg). Food was cold and mediocre. Generally love Chipotle but will definitely avoid this location moving forward. Read more

A lot of bad reviews recently, but my daughter and I had an excellent experience today, despite it being busy. The place... appeared fully staffed, and the guy at the start of the line (presumably a manager) was very friendly, and was successfullydelegating what needed to be done. They had all menu items in stock as far as I could tell, the line moved quickly, the food wasgood, and the staff was friendly. Read more

Came in last night to get a couple meals for my kids. It was close to closing and they still seemed busy with online orders, I?m... sure they had a long day as they were out of kids containers and juices (I?m guessing most days are pretty busy, so maybe it?sjust the usual) but everyone was still helpful and pleasant. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Online order one day only to go in and be told online orders aren?t working, you?ll have to request a... refund. So today I say okay I?ll just go in to order.. 5 o clock on a Saturday.. CLOSED even though website shows open. I don?teven remember the last time I had a good experience at any chipotle in the past few years, food is always good but theexperience with lines, messes, out of ingredients.. horrible. Don?t waste going there and expect it to open! On Monday at 3:30 pm all Chipotle?s in the area all closed, Tuesday didn?t trust... the hours and customer service wouldn?t answer phone calls to see if they are actually open, Wednesday got there at 1 pm andthere was a sign on door stating closing early at 5 pm, so I went in to make sure and they said yes closing at 5 pm. Went back4 pm to order and guess what? Their closed. Has to be the worst run restaurant I have ever seen. Not going back until theyallow app ordering and they stay open regular hours. Read more

Very poor service and a horrible experience. The line was to the back of the store for the whole hour we were there(which can be... normal) but when we got to the front we found out why. The two men making the food were the slowest I?ve ever seen. We waited 15minutes for them to just make our food. The burritos were not wrapped properly and everything fell out. They didn?t put toppingson all three of our tacos. They were out of chicken, out of chips, and the drink machine was broken. One of the other workerswas laughing at how bad the burrito wrapping was. I went in today at 12:00 and waited in a normal length line for a lunch rush, understandable. However at 12:30 they let all the... line customers know that the online mobile orders are backed up and that those people would now be cutting to the front of theline. So those who ordered at 12:00 (same time I arrived), and all those after via mobile, we're able to cut in front of all ofus. This resulted in an easy 10+ people stepping in front of us after waiting 30 minutes in line. I was next in line with mywife and daughter and got told sorry. Totally unacceptable to treat anyone ordering this way. Simple solution: don't turn onyour mobile ordering if you can't handle it. Today there was more staff then have ever seen before and yet the line stillcouldn't be managed. Side note - this marks three times in a row they didn't even have the brisket that they have been pushingand advertising. Edit: while leaving there is employee sitting outside smoking a bowl of weed in the parking lot just standingnext to my car. Maybe that's why no one is getting anything done at all .. Won't be coming back to this spot and usually orderlunch for our whole office here too. Too bad! Read more
