Went in tonight to find ONE WORKER working. This is not the fault of that worker, but the manager who scheduled it. He also... definitely didn?t want to be taking my order, as when I asked for strawberries he just said ?we don?t have any?, which I knowthey do. He also didn?t ask if I wanted any toppings and assumed I was done ordering after I stated ice cream flavors, which isbad order taking skills. Bad management is obvious and the ice cream is not great enough. The staffer was very accommodating and quick, but it was... obvious the store is run by a "who cares" style of manager. And to have to dish ice cream PLUS sling Dunkin Donuts take-outorders all by herself on a hot June evening is a ridiculous expectation. And Carvel is across the street... Read more
