Best Pizza I've ever had outside of NYC.

I ordered a pie, and had them deliver to my hotel room. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes; one hour later I called to... complain, as I still had not received it. They told me they were running behind, but as my hotel was only 1 mile away from theirlocation, I would have it in 10 or 15 minutes; 30 minutes later I called again to complain, as I still had not received mypizza. This time they told me it had already been delivered! I said that was not possible, as I had been sitting in my roomwaiting for the pizza. They said, "sorry, it was delivered." So I ordered a pizza, paid for it in advance, never got the pizza,and they refused to refund me the money! They said their hands were tied, as the delivery app they use for deliveries SLICE,were the only ones who could issue the refund. I called SLICE, they put me on hold, and they called Di Carlo's. Di Carlo'srefused to give me the refund, and SLICE told me that without DiCarlo's approval, they could not issue a refund. Never againwill I order from such dishonest people. Be careful when you order through delivery: Chances are you will pay for the food inadvance and will never get it. Read more
