Counter service was very rude. Tried to rip me off to overcharge me. Walked into the store to pickup the food (that was ordered... online), worker said there was an additional $4 fee for using a debit card because “I selected pay by cash.” I neverselected pay by cash. I selected in store pickup. They did not have a sign or notice about said “fee.” When I showed them wedid not select “cash” payment and there is no notice posted online or in person about said fee their response was “Tough.Do you want the food or not?” as he proceeded to take the food away from the counter as I’m standing there trying to talk tohim. This restaurant is also not what it seems to be online. This is not an Italian restaurant. This is a hybrid “Pizza”and “Latino” “Kitchen.” Now I love Latino food, get it all the time. I don’t believe good Italian food is ONLY made byItalians (we all know the best Italian Restaurants have many different ethnicities in the kitchen). What I have ever found is arestaurant that does a hybrid style of foods well (for example restaurants that serve both Chinese AND Mexican food never havethe best food). From what I saw this hybrid shop was no exception. Everything looked generic and like it came out of aprepackaged box. Not freshly made. Rude customer service. I came in for pick-up I tried to talk to the lady upfront to see if my order was ready but she straight... up ignored me and rolled her eyes. She then started to talk to the person behind me that came in after me. I asked her again andshe said that there were other customers that she needs to attend to. I told her that I came first but she talked over me andcontinued to ignore me and talk to the man. Never Again. Read more
