Terrible experience. They make you use a kiosk to order instead of going to the counter. They gave someone else my food and... just kept me standing there for a while. And when I told them the soda in the machine tastes like seltzer instead of Pepsi sherolls her eyes. There was either not enough syrup or too much water coming out. Not good customer service. Great staff! I especially loved this one cashier who was so kind and made sure that everyone felt welcome and that no one was... waiting! I forgot to ask for his name, but he worked in the front on 8/31/2022 in the afternoon. Get him a raise! Read more
