Server perfect, food great, but... I have mobility issues. Walking is hard enough for me but climbing steps is a chore. This... evening they were not seating on the ground floor so everyone had to climb 3 flights of stairs as the elevator was of service. (From what we were able to gather its been out of service for a while. ) Once we got upstairs there was not enough seating foreveryone that was waiting. You get an F for being ADA noncompliant. I hope in the future you actually start... cleaning the chicken wings and not have this happen to another customers. ---------------------------------------------- Ialways loved coming to this Cheesecake Factory because everyone who works here is so nice and polite but after today, thequality of the food has declined. Why would the kitchen really prepare and send out buffalo chicken wings with a bunch offeathers on the chicken? This disgust me so much and just very disappointed.
