Server perfect, food great, but... I have mobility issues. Walking is hard enough for me but climbing steps is a chore. This... evening they were not seating on the ground floor so everyone had to climb 3 flights of stairs as the elevator was of service. (From what we were able to gather its been out of service for a while. ) Once we got upstairs there was not enough seating foreveryone that was waiting. You get an F for being ADA noncompliant. Update: I really appreciate you guys reaching out to me and taking accountability. I hope in the future you actually start... cleaning the chicken wings and not have this happen to another customers. ---------------------------------------------- Ialways loved coming to this Cheesecake Factory because everyone who works here is so nice and polite but after today, thequality of the food has declined. Why would the kitchen really prepare and send out buffalo chicken wings with a bunch offeathers on the chicken? This disgust me so much and just very disappointed. Start cleaning the chicken with vinegar or lemonjuice please and burn the hair off. Read more

The food arrived fast and the Korean cauliflower was tasty. However, the seating was horrible, the older woman didn?t greet or... give a wait time to new arrival?s. Very nice. Came on a Saturday with no reservation. Was able to be seated rather quickly. Party of 2. Environment was very nice.... Had 2 servers as change of shift happened. Both were very pleasant. Food was good. Definitely enjoyed my cucumber lemonade. Foodwas also very tasty. Will more than likely return again Read more
Amazing food and desserts to die for! My husband and I celebrated yesterday and we dined in at The Cheesecake Factory. It was... amazing. I had the Korean BBQ chicken and he had the Baja Toco. The portions were huge. For dessert, we had the Oreo cheesecakeand it was heavenly. Great service!! Read more
Food was pretty good during lunch. Our server was lovely and checked in on us frequently. We had cheesecake to go and it was... divine, as expected from the Cheesecake factory. I?m always mind blown how they can have such an extensive menu. We wanted acrab dip appetizer but apparently they were out of anything containing crab, not a big deal though. Drinks were good, not great but Good enough for a restaurant these days. The appetizer (chips and guac) was better than my... actual meal. I can't see myself going back but maybe I will and try something more in my comfort zone, but I'm not currently afan ???? Read more
