Panera is mediocre. It does the job, but it?s never been a place at least for me where anything on the menu is memorable that I... want to come back. I only came because of T-Mobile Tuesday?s $3 credit to try the Turkey Chili and it was solid, but inspired meto buy a crockpot and just make it at home. Great Cafe with fresh bread offered in the morning. They're grilled cheese. Sandwiches are really good. Plus they have great... value with the soup and sandwich combo! Their bread is made fresh and tastes delicious! Read more
The food is ok but I had a bad experience because I met a crazy server. I took a photo of their sanwich (The poster on their... outdoor) and told him I want this sanwicher, 2 of them then he provide me 4 pieces of breads. He mentioned I didn't express itcorrectly I said maybe I didn't expressly. Then he said again I didn't expressive clealy with agreesive attitude I repliedwhatever, thats just fine. The he replied it is not about whatever! I am shocked l. If it is not about whatever what is itabout? He was trying so hard to blame me because I didn' express it clearly? ZERO stars! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I ordered large strawberry mint lemonade via the app. Then came inside the cafe. I was waiting... for 20min !!! Then a guy asked me what i was waiting for, about my order and wanted to see my receipt. i showed him my ordernumber. He couldn?t find my order and said that i should call for help from my app. I called to their manager who tried to findmy order during next 5 min. Panera Bread used to be at the top of my favorites list, but not even makes the bottom of the list now. Women's restroom philthy... according to my wife. glass doors covered with fingerprints top, bottom, inside and out. Out of lemon, at 2:15 pm for the waterwhich tasted so bad nobody in our group could even drink it. It needs to be filtered or they should not serve it. When i askedfor lemons because the bin was empty the employee could care less. Nuts on top of our salads were definitely stale. Portionsseemed small to me. Value for price paid definitely low. This place survives only because of its location next to majorretailers. We will go elsewhere from now on. Read more
This place really needs a mock up. It is filthy and dirty and it needs to be cleaned up from the ground. Every single table was... dirty and not clean. One lamp on the round table was full of dirt and dust from the last years. I could see dead spiders andbugs in there. The Coffees were all empty, so the milks. I had to ask many times till someone refilled them. The sandwich tookfor ever and the staff is really not interested in doing any work. Please clean up or change the blind manager. Read more
Just from the beginning my entire order was incomplete. I literally had get up my table to ask for missing food. Order 3 drinks... got only 2. Order a salad no dressing. Order cheese sandwhich no fruit. Order teriyaki bowl chicken not cooked. Order apeperroni pizza and obly 3 slices ??????????????????????. Ok area but poor service employee so rude! Read more
