I love this restaurant, it is unassuming from the outside but the quality of the food and the service inside is outstanding. ... This family owned and operated restaurant offers tasty, well-prepared food and delightful sauces that give a diversity of flavorexperience to your meal. I had the chicken kabob and the ground lamb kabob plus three types of sauces that ranged from savoryto sweet - yummy! My mother, who is a picky eater, also loved the food as did my son (who is a fan of spicy foods). I like myfood lightly spiced and not very hot - Taj India Palace adjusted the heat and the spice to my liking which is ofen difficult tofind in ethnic food places that default to "hot" and "spicy" foods with very distinct flavors. The Taj Palace is a fabulous INDIAN FOOD experience. The service is friendly, the waiters are knowledgeable, and the food is... absolutely delicious. Amazing. Great service, very nice owner and the food quality and quantity was perfect for an out of towner to feel home
Did not follow the order notes where I requested utensils and they did not deliver. My drink also did not arrive. They did not... indicate if rice was or was not included with the main entree and the curry was unexpectedly spicy for a mild tomato based dish,where rice would have made for a more balanced flavour. I was unable to eat my dinner and am rather disappointed. Read more
