Coffee does not taste fresh and Asked my name many times for pickup. I rather go to locations nearby!!
I have come to this location numerous times, because it's closest to my residence. Most of the times, I've received mediocre... service and food. However, today's experience has prompted me to do this review. The young lady at the window (who I believewas originally taking my order before someone who was more professional stepped in to finish taking my order) gave little regardto me by shoving my coffee out the window with her body turned away and handing me a box with my less than quality breakfastsandwich in it along with 3 crumpled napkins. She said nothing to me but the total, didn't put the item in a bag or offer one. Iwould have said something directly to her but I know it would have turned out to be confrontational just based on her level ofcustomer service and lack of professionalism. It is my hope that management will stress the importance of giving good customerservice and especially coach this young lady on how to be a better customer service professional. Having people like her as thefirst line of your business will cause this location to ultimately close if left unaddressed. Read more
I go out of my way to get coffee at this location. Fast and friendly service. They serve dark roast. If another DD tells you... they don?t have Dunkin midnight, its not true. They just don?t want to make it. The staff here will go out of their way to dothat for you and I think that level of service is awesome. Read more
This has been the worst dunkin donuts I ever been too bad service at its best the drive thru is the worst as if the employee's... does not wanna take your order seem to be alot of kids work there definitely need some adult supervision in that place I reallyhope these reviews get looked into if I pay for anything and someone has a bad attitude as if I did something to them no thanksill get coffee somewhere else no one wants a bad review on they business this matter should get looked into Read more
