Coffee does not taste fresh and Asked my name many times for pickup. I rather go to locations nearby!!
I have come to this location numerous times, because it's closest to my residence. Most of the times, I've received mediocre... service and food. However, today's experience has prompted me to do this review. The young lady at the window (who I believewas originally taking my order before someone who was more professional stepped in to finish taking my order) gave little regardto me by shoving my coffee out the window with her body turned away and handing me a box with my less than quality breakfastsandwich in it along with 3 crumpled napkins. She said nothing to me but the total, didn't put the item in a bag or offer one. Iwould have said something directly to her but I know it would have turned out to be confrontational just based on her level ofcustomer service and lack of professionalism. It is my hope that management will stress the importance of giving good customerservice and especially coach this young lady on how to be a better customer service professional. Having people like her as thefirst line of your business will cause this location to ultimately close if left unaddressed. Read more
I go out of my way to get coffee at this location. Fast and friendly service. They serve dark roast. If another DD tells you... they don?t have Dunkin midnight, its not true. They just don?t want to make it. The staff here will go out of their way to dothat for you and I think that level of service is awesome. Read more

This Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I do not know why they are still in business when they... don?t ever have anything in stock or their machines are always ?broken?. I should of learned not to return after bothexperiences prior to this was absolutely absurd. The staff members are completely rude and the environment is so unprofessional.I went to purchase a bagel and went through the drive thru and when I approached the window to pay, I paid. I waited about twominutes to just hear from the employee ?I already gave you your bag with your bagel? ?. ?No, you did not give me my bag with mybagel?. I was than told to wait with no clue with what was going on. I than received my bagel and when I arrived home it wasjust like this. Like really??? I went back and asked for my money back. I went to this location this morning and the drive thru cashier had a nasty attitude. She claimed she could not hear me through... the menu speaker and when I asked to pull up to the window to make my order she said "No you may not." with an attitude. Help meto understand; If you can't hear me and I can't come to the window, how does that help either of us? Read more

Creepy black guy asked us where we were going and if he could come with us. Didn't get his name but he was working the... drive-thru. SUPER uncomfortable + coffee tasted bad so it was just a horrible experience overall. Never going back here again,ew. Read more
