Very pleasant counter staff. There's no drive-thru here and I wandered in for a reward drink close to 9pm. I was positively... rewarded for my trip in. They were excellent and worth 5 ???? ???? The reason this review is 4 stars is because thecleanliness of the store was lacking. The uncleared lobby tables and jumbled supplies at the drink station stole a star. Iwould go back here for a bev. Maybe the lateness of the evening was a factor in the unclean situation. Read more
Panera could be one of my favorite restaurants in the US, health, tasty and variety from the menu, recommend their breakfast,... Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans is very much recommended, love cinnamon taste????, good for a chillmorning???? Today I was reminded not every Panera is the same when I visited another location...Willowbrook is SUBpar compared to... Westchester. Last time I got lunch at Westchester my experience was 100% awesome. The young lady who took my order was SUPERfriendly, upbeat, enthusiastic and on point. She was patient w/my questions, guided me through my order that was for 4 peopleand they got my order perfect even though it was complicated. Portions were solid considering high prices, I could see thevalue. The restaurant was clean, teas were fresh, and staff was super friendly! I wish I drove here today for lunch. Read more
