LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The chicken & shrimp (FRIED TO PERFECTION) flavored with lemon pepper or garlic plus the potato... wedges are a family favorite! Their sandwiches are great as well. Friendly staff! The smoothie are a treat as well!! Read more

This place is disgusting. Food is nasty. Ordered the philly cheese steak and the meat was Italian beef with soggy lettuce and... mayo. Fries were soggy too. My son tried the signature fries and buffalo chicken tenders, fries were overly soggy and thebuffalo tasted strange. This place should be shut down. The food made us all sick. I use to love this chicken, I live an hour away from this place. I bragged so much about it, and was so happen to be in the... area. A family member, and I decided to stop by on the way home. It was the worst experience! and terrible tasting chicken Iever had from here. It did not have its distinctive spice taste at all. We ordered extra lemon pepper flavor, and sat in the carwaiting for our order. Tried to order from the next door chinese restaurant to get some rice to go along with it. Walked intothe foyer area, and the lady literally started running away from us, and asked us to back to our car, and call in to order, wheneveryone one else was ordering and placing a card in the money bin, and ordering at the same time. The lady looked fearful ofus, and walked away, and refused to take our order through the glass. Then we refused to order from the gentlemen, feltuncomfortable with such horrible service, we decided to walk away, so no rice for us. It was time to pick our order up fromChicken and Spice, got back to the car, the chicken was soft, we asked for fried hard. I took it back inside and asked for lemonpepper on the side, he told me to bring chicken back to him to place lemon pepper on it, and I did. He sprinkled lemon pepper,and I asked to please put extra, he gave order to me, and I said no No sir, its not enough, please can I have extra on it? welive an hour away, and we would like to enjoy our ride home bragging on the taste, or please put it in a cup for us to sprinkleourselves? I wanted that delicious Spice N Eat lemon pepper taste. He literally refused me more, and stated the next time youare in town, I will give you extra lemon pepper on your next trip here. I was not only disappointed, but also embarrassed byboth businesses customer service, I will never come back here again, and have told my family who live in the area, not to gothere. Read more
