They are only getting one star because zero stars is not possible. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak as listed on the menu, no... alterations. The cheese steak had minimal meat on it (not a huge issue) but it was smothered in mayonnaise, raw onions andpeppers. Clearly no one from Subway has ever had a real Philly Cheese Steak. I detected no cheese, maybe because of theexcessive amount of mayo. There should be ZERO mayonnaise on a Cheese steak! Anyway, it was a total waste of money. It's notlike I had great expectations from Subway anyway but everything else in my podunk town was closed so I gave it a shot. A oneand done. Read more
The people making the food we?re SLOW, looked dirty and upon stopping for a quick grab and go we were told my military husbands... SERVICE animal wasn?t allowed ?near the food? even though we were nowhere near the food. Terrible looks for this town from atourists perspective. I?d rather drive another hour for food before stopping here again. Read more

Employees were very rude, hardly any meat on even when you request extra. Trying to tell what we want on our sandwich and... employees are talking to other employees in the store ignoring you. Won't eat at the one in Colorado city ever again. Read more
This location was the strangest subway experience I?ve ever had. Employees were friendly enough but not super efficient for the... amount of service they get. Took about 20 minutes to get through 6 sandwiches. Employees kind of seemed ?lazy.? One told my sonthey couldn?t toast his sandwich because of the Italian herb and cheese bread would catch on fire, but the other toasted myother sons sandwich, same bread. Another sandwich we had gotten (12 inch) had to be made in two 6inch sandwiches, and wastoasted and bagged separately. Just strange. This particular Subway was out of multiple meat items and a couple vegetable items made it difficult to enjoy when they don't... have most of the ingredients, the two employees who were working were all over the place doing too many things at once. Read more
Many flies inside this place. Kind of unavoidable for them because of the location within a travel stop, but seemed like no... measures are being taken to remedy the issue. I left without ordering anything for myself since it seems they just accept thisfly infestation as normal. I will say however that I witnessed great customer service and friendly employees as the rest of myparty ordered their food. Read more
