This Dominos location recently started outsourcing their telephone orders to an automated answering service. The system is... extremely difficult to use, and does not find our location address for delivery, despite having had delivery for over 6 years.Furthermore, if you demand to speak with a human, you?re transferred to an offshore answering service. After thrice trying toorder via telephone, we tried using the App, which again did not recognize the local address for delivery. The only reason Iordered Dominoes in the first place was because they offered delivery. If I?m leaving the house to get pizza I?ll choose fromthe local, non-franchised restaurants that doesn?t offshore their telephone answering employees. Read more

I ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese, sausage, mushrooms and olives and garlic bread twists with cheese dipping sauce. I... haven't had pizza in a couple months... This was delicious! The pizza was dripping with toppings.. And the garlic twists anddipping cheese were fabulous! So very good. John delivered everything promptly and with a smile. Great service! Read more

As of lately, dominos has really started to deteriorate in terms of good service and customer satisfaction. Whether at fault of... the company itself or the individual store I do not know, that is irrelevant. I used to order from here at least once every twoweeks, but now its a last resort. My last few orders there were mistakes made; their prices have gone up for the first time in along time (most understandable due to pandemic) and theyre delivery route is all scrambled. They no longer deliver to my house 4miles away. Other than afformentioned reasoning,this pizza chain is fairly average, and while it's still cheaper than most; youmay be better off just spending a little extra for better product and service. False advertising. U need to order 25 dollars of food to get delivered to your address.
