Dont bother ordering ahead for convenience. They lock the doors so you still have to wait in the very long drive thru. Also by... the time you do get your food its super cold cause its been sitting on the counter but you can't go in and then when you do getit the order is wrong 75% of the time. Go to the one down the street or not to dunkin at all. Its westerly for gods sake thereare way better options. Read more
I rarely feel compelled to write such a strongly negative review, but I had such an awful experience here. A woman working at... the drive-thru at approx 430 today proceeded to take my order.. there was background noise and 2 different people talking overthe mic. Then she rudely yelled hello 3 times? When I told her what happened, she argued with me and told me she was waiting forme to order.. Shocked, I said I wanted to leave and I wouldn?t be coming back.. as I drove away, 2 employees were staring medown and gave a disgusted look? I was really in a good mood for coffee, but I don?t think I?ll be going here again. Read more
This Dunkin? was well staffed but the only glitch was cleanliness the tables were not cleaned and the floors were not clean... overall the staff was courteous and helpful!!! Read more
We went to buy 2 drinks. They don't know the difference between frozen chocolate and frozen coffee. I ordered a frozen chocolate... caramel with whipped cream. They forgot the caramel and whipped cream. Read more
