Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me... full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when Iasked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and keptthrowing dirty looks at me and my husband in the car. Overall awful experience.. will not be returning to this Dunkin. Read more

Good but my mom can only drink decaf so I ask them to make sure and sad but true they have said it was decaf when in fact they... really didn't know. Or you get attitude. But most of the time you get the honest "Yes" or "I'm not sure let me remake it."That's all I ask for is the truth because it is important and I tip well. Read more

This place is better then the other one on granite. Like it's not even funny how much better it is. I don't know if it's... considered important in our westerly coffee drinking community, but to me, it's the clear difference of a bended coffee mix vscoffee with ingredients layered on.. btw, this isn't coming from someone paid to test, just local.. Horrific. 4-5 employees making drinks and still a 15 minute wait in the drive-thru only to find out they haven't even made my... beverage yet. Where is corporate when stores are.run like.utter trash? Read more

July 9, 2020 around 7ish am my husband went through drive thru for iced caramel swirl coffee. Husband gave the girl $5 for a $3... and change coffee, husband tells her "keep the change" her reply "oh okay" NO THANK YOU!! My husband said "your welcome", shegave him a weird look, I guess she didn't get the sarcasm. My husband gets home and it's NOT even what he ORDERED! He tells mewhat he gave for a tip and what happened so I said "well I'm calling" of course the number listed 315-5150 wasn't working what acoincidence! Maybe management should train on better customer service for one and listening for two. Read more
