Absolutely without a doubt the best team in any starbucks ive been in. Jimmy served me today and while having small talk during... the order he found out i was on my way to have my second child. Proceeded to purchase me my cup of coffee and met me with agreat high five and fist bump as a congrats. This not only made my day but probably my year. The staff is always visibly rude towards minorities. Today, I asked for a pike coffee and I saw with my own eyes, just black... coffee being poured. I asked her if cream was added (she said yes) and once the cup was open it was just black coffee: Thisisn?t the first my request for cream has been denied by the staff there. It?s not like the staff is personally milking the cowsto get the cream, so I don?t understand why I can?t get the cream that I paying for. The barista is a woman, blondish hair tiedin a messy bun, wrinkled grey shirt, and possibly early/mid 30s. From the moment we order to the end it, she was annoyed andcold as if this isn?t part of her job to take orders from ANY PAYING CUSTOMER. The baristas attitude changed, complete 180 whenshe took care of others that weren?t minorities. I?ve been coming here for over two years and most of the time I can tolerate itbut it should not be hard to be provide cream when asked. This is one of many Encounters there. Read more
