I?m not a coffee drinker, I like the refreshers. But today my son wanted a blend of ice/frappe, I do not know how to order them.... So I just went with S?mores Frappe she asked with coffee I said lady I don?t know how they are served give me what?s on thatpic. She asked who is for I said my son. Well I get my white frappe I?m like how does this look anything like the picture. Shesaid well you said no coffee no lady you made that choice for me, not me. Then she goes on to say well you said it?s for yourlittle boy, no ma?am again you made that assumption. I said my son. I asked for light ice on my guava drink I get a full cup ofice and a 4th of the actual drink. Seems to me this lady was not paying attention to my request. The barrista making my drinkswas great. Bottom line learn how to listen and don?t make assumptions. Read more
