Horrible service with server Stephanie, she came to talk to us 3 times. Took 45 mins to get an appetizer and there were only 4... other tables taken. There was gnat in my water, the new pizza has no cheese on it so when you picked it up EVERYTHING fell off.Restrooms were so filthy that we may need Hepatitis shots now. Absolutely the worst. Well if you're waiting an extended time to pick up a delivery order, don't sit your delivery bag on the second-to-bottom shelf... while you wait...even if the rack is basically empty... because the rack is for prepaid orders only and you'll be told about it.???? Read more
The bartender with the red hair is absolutely horrible. We frequent here quite often and each time she is the bartender... something is forgotten, she neglects to serve those around us, and forgets things within 2 seconds of us telling her. Thishappens when there are only 4-5 people at the bar as well. One time is fine but after multiple visits of her doing this, it?sembarrassing. Not only that but I watched her leave my card unattended at the POS system. I?m sorry but that?s absolutelyunacceptable. Please train up someone else to be behind the bar. My wife and I never been to this location until today for Fathers Day dinner and it was perfect! Everything was super fresh and... the wings were sauced right and weren?t hard. The potato wedges with cheese were also not hard and were made fresh. My wifeordered the Asian zing bone-in traditional wings and said she loves that sauce, it?s now her new favorite. I ordered bonelesswings, and got 10 medium/5 honey bbq. In case you never tried both sauces are some of the best sauces they have here. We bothordered Pepsi, wife?s had grenadine added, both were not watered down. Our waiter was nice/polite and took our order properlyand continued checking in on us throughout our dinner. My first time dining in one of these restaurants and it was pretty good. Disappointed there is no grilled options. They used to... have naked chicken bites similar to Chick Filet. I don't eat chicken wings on the bone in public. Everything is fried. Ourserver was great. Draft list was out of date. Got 3rd choice on beers. Packed with screaming kids. Get it to-go. Read more
Holy takeout failure. Called an order in and the girl told me it would be 30-35 minutes. It?s been an hour and I?m still waiting... for my food. I have NEVER seen a takeout area run as bad as this, there?s literally 10 people here waiting with their phoneskicking the ground. Never in my life have I seen anything this bad as far as time management and bringing out food orders topeople that ordered in a timely manner. WONT be back to this location. Read more
I am currently sitting in the lobby waiting for a takeout order that is 60 minutes late and counting. The front of house workers... are doing the best they can, but the manager is a different story. Please note that this is not a Karen moment. I DID NOT askto talk to a manager. I understand that they are busy. I just wanted her to give me a progress check on the order because it hadbeen 30 minutes since one of the workers up front told me it would be ?5?10 more minutes?. She was extra condescending andinstead of just checking on the food after I pointed out it was already 40 minutes late, she wasted time blaming the incorrectlyquoted wait time on the national website (we were told 20 minutes). I know this isn?t an easy job (I bartended my way throughcollege), but I can do without the attitude. The manager should consider spending more time helping/expediting orders, and lesstime making irrelevant excuses. I don?t care why I?m waiting. I care that I?ve been sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes afterbeing told by the worker on the register that it would be 5-10 more minutes. Edit to add that the food just came out over 60minutes after my quoted time with nary a word or apology. They also forgot the extra ranch we paid for. Someone did throw a few$5 off $25 coupons into the bag, but they are worthless as they expired in October. How many times can they fail over the courseof a single dining experience? They can?t even get an apology correct. I would leave 0 stars if Google allowed it. Wecertainly now know where not to order food from on a Friday night. Job well done BW3?s!
