Pretty awesome subs! They support the local football team's Football card and we went there because we bought the card for... Westerville North and wanted to try them with a discount. I had the #17 and added lettuce tomato and onions with Mayo. It is ahot steak and white American cheese with grilled peppers and onions. It was very well made. The wheat bread was perfect. Thehubster got a roast beef and turkey with bacon #9 and he added lettuce, onion, Mayo, spices and sauce. He was very pleased withhis option. We both agreed we would visit this location again. We ordered the regular size sub which was more than enough! Thecustomer service was superb. We were sitting inside waiting on our subs to go and the very kind lady walked them out to us. Theguys making the subs and working the grill were all friendly as well. Kudos to this team who all seemed to work well togetherand enjoy having customers to assist. Read more

The worst possible customer service. I ordered a sub to this location by accident and tried to call to cancel it but they don?t... pick up their phones. I then reached out to corporate about getting a refund and they said ?since they?re franchised, theindividual store owner has to deal with it.? Uhhhh almost all fast food restaurants are franchises, that doesn?t give them anexcuse to be lazy and not offer customer service when needed. I still haven?t heard back from the owner and can?t say I?msurprised. Their stores can?t handle customer service and neither can their owners. Read more
Great subs. Love the chipotle cheese steak as well as the cold subs.
Even tho they were extremely busy the staff was extremely efficient, nice and helpful which made what looked like a long wait go... really fast!! The store is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend! Read more
