My wife and I ordered two subs from Jimmy John?s for delivery. When the delivery arrived they had gotten our order incorrect by... mixing up the ingredients on the subs. I called in to let them know about the mix up and to see if they could remake the order.When I spoke to the representative from Jimmy John?s, she seemed to distrust that the order was incorrect and she did notapologize. In addition, she asked that we send the incorrect subs back to them with the delivery driver. We then had to waitanother 30 minutes for our food to arrive and the order was still not right. The service was poor and the policy to send thesubs back is wasteful and ridiculous. We will not be ordering from this Jimmy John?s anytime soon. Read more
I walked in and gave the kid my order. After about 5 minutes, a couple walk in. They made the couple's order then proceeded to... ask another older guy who came about 10 minutes after the couple what he wanted before noticing I was still standing there. Theythen asked me what I wanted like I just walked in. I gave them my order again. I asked why they skipped me. They couldn't lookme in the eye let alone even give me an answer. Maybe because I didn't look like the Westerville type. Definitely not going backto this Jimmy John's. Read more
Update: I reached out to Jimmy Johns. They reached out to the owner of the location on the bread issue and they sent me a... coupon to try this location again. These guys need a raise. Every time I have gone in, they are friendly and seem to be enjoying their jobs. Every time I have... ordered, they are actually freaky fast - I don't know how they actually do it. The delivery staff are always nice. I've neverhad a bad experience - these people are great.
