Ordered only to show up and have the employee tell me they didn't make our subs because they ran out of bread. He said "I forgot... to call you, my bad." Do better. Train you employees to fire bread well before you run out. Read more
I sometimes work up in the area and when I do I go to this place. Staff is always great. They are really quick and I never wait... long for my stuff. Some locations can get backed up at lunch rush, but I am in and out here. 5 stars compared to other quickservice options in the area. Read more
This location used to be very fast to deliver to my work place about 4 minutes away. A lot of my coworkers ordered delivery... from this location as well. They're now regularly taking 45 minutes to over an hour for delivery. I don't go to Jimmy Johnsbecause the food is good, I go there because they're "freaky fast" and that helps with my meeting schedule. Since they're nowhere near freaky fast anymore, they're useless. I am in shock at the poor customer service at this location. 1 sandwich took over an hour to deliver. When I called to check on... the order on 04/28/22 at 1:00pm the person on the phone said he was one of the drivers and refused to give me his name. When Iasked who I was speaking with he said ?I just told you I don?t know where your sandwich is but it?s on the way. I don?t know whyyou need my name.? !!!!!!! Even if my sandwich didn?t taking an hour and 15min to arrive, the rudeness alone is enough to avoidthis location. Read more
The general manager working 4/13/22 was super rude and refused to honor the balance of my gift card. I feel like i was cheated... and robbed even if it was a nominal amount. An employee swiped my card and saw a small balance left of my gift card and thentried to apply it to the total due for my order. Something went wrong as the balance on the gift card did not apply to the orderand he called over the general manager. He asked me to swipe my card again, which then declined multiple times. The originalbalance was gone after the original swipe. The general manager refused to honor the balance despite his employee stating theexact amount remaining on the gift card. Could actually care less about the balance, but the way the general manager handledthis situation was not appropriate, unprofessional and rude. Order was placed at 12:35 we got our 4 sandwiches an hour later at 1:35. We ordered 2 drinks one large fountain diet coke and... one regular we did not get the regular. We tipped 6 dollars to not get the whole order. We understand if you are short staffedbut something is missing or incorrect every order we place at this location after taking and hour to get to us. I understand onbehalf of the employees if you are short staffed that is not their fault. Management needs get it together. Read more
It's your typical Jimmy John's and service was good. I would have gave this place 4 stars but they messed up my order.
This is just like any jimmy johns I have been to. Food is exactly as expected. Also fast even with a line. Bathroom was clean... except when I visited last the men's was out of order. They posted a sign use the ladies but I really hate doing that. I havebeen to this location 3 times the food was always solid. Read more
