The food was average nothing spectacular and the drinks were standard. I felt like the service was extremely slow but not to the... fault of the server who was the only one working on the entire floor because his coworker had called out and he was trying torun the entire show. I felt that it should have been the responsibility of the manager to step in and help or pull one of thebartenders or maybe another staff member who was busy just loitering behind the bar because there were two bartenders and oneother person just standing there. There were several tables that were not bust and quite a few receipts with tips still layingon the tables when we left. I had a great time when I visited. We sat outside and enjoyed the musician who sang and chatted with us while we were there. ... Our waitress was great. She mentioned that it was her first day and she was the only server. In spite of all that she wasdealing with, her service and warmth were AMAZING.. she was kind and attentive and made our evening enjoyable. Read more
Before the new owner took over this was an excellent place to go, however now the bar has become a true free-for-all. There is... no Hostess to seat you they never have enough waitresses staff has become rude self-absorbed and the bartenders are constantlydrinking behind the bar. They are so lazy that they will not even pick up the phone to take a carry-out order. They literallypicked the phone up and left it off the hook so that they didn't have to deal with me. If I could give this place - Stars Iwould! They are the rudest most unfriendly and I need to add unclean place you could possibly go the last two times I visited mytable was sticky! I would recommend you go to the Sheetz gas station and get food before you visit this horrible horrible place! Read more

Worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. Mind you I?m a dasher and trying to get the customer some hot food for this... cold night. I?m taking my time out to share how dirty this place is a long with how poorly they treat carry out orders andcustomers. Told me the order would be ready in 5 min and 40 min later it still wasn?t ready and in between time they walk pastme and say absolutely nothing. I've been to this location twice, both times Paige was very, very rude. We were seated at a dirty table and was told someone... would come clean the table. We waited almost 20 min. It was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! When the manager Bo spoke with her, she was rude tohim too. We were gong to leave but didn't want to miss the Cavs game. I'm definitely going to contact the general manager aboutour experience. Below is a picture of the table we were seated and Paige never came to clean the table. Nice place. Good food. Friendly staff and the live music was phenomenal. They played 90s hits. I was in heaven!
