I'm not sure what is going on here. I was the only car in the drive thru, and they asked me 3 times what my sides were. Needless... to say, they still gave me the wrong sides. Neither was right. Website says it opens at 10:30. Their door says it opens at 10:30. Open sign was on. Doors locked and nobody at drive through... at 10:55. There were at least 2 people inside because there were 2 vehicles outside door. They completely ignored me. Peoplewonder why there are so many Karen?s and Ken?s on FB acting up. You only see the people getting mad. They don?t show what theworkers at these stores and restaurants do to their customers. They are not innocent whatsoever. Why list your hours at 10:30if you can?t follow through? Hell, change it to noon. Maybe your workers could get their selves together by then? Or put anote on your door saying we don?t give an ?F? about you as a customer so go away. At least that way you would be honest withthe public. Because that?s the impression you are giving. This isn?t the first time this has happened at thislocation. Customer service and good service is basically non existent. They treat you any way they want because they can. We came to eat in. One employee was outside smoking & pretty much laughed when we parked. The inside was closed. The sign says... ?come work with a great team? y?all are NOT a great team. Terrible service. All chicken was a 30+ minute wait. No corn. 10minute wait. No biscuits 15 minute wait. No ice. Food tastes old, employers are negative with words with an attitude everytime, drive through was very slow every visit for me... and my family. They act as if they hate their own job and people and can't put on a smile ever. Would not waste my time or moneyto come back, my family and I do not reccomend this specific KFC location for now. Although it is cheap you definitely get whatfor here. Definitely ruined their food and services for the other places. Can't really get your hopes up for this place unlessyour a toddler and dont know better. Read more
