This McDonald's is awful. We ordered on the kiosk and were brought the wrong things twice. My husband and I were done with our... meals before they could handle two chicken nugget happy meals. I stopped to grab a sausage McMuffin with egg and a large orange juice on the way to a morning appointment. Service was quick... and I was in and out in no time. I was able to make it to my appointment on time and the food was as I would expect. My onlyreal complaint was that the orange juice dripped out from under the lid and made things sticky so I could have used a few morenapkins. Read more
Curly head kid at the first window always has a nasty attitude. He?s rude all the time, I asked him why everyone was leaving the... line and he said don?t worry about it have a nice day. He?s always very snappy and forgets what I ordered. He also just turnshis mic off for the first lane. And when he asked who was on first the manager literally said he was and he didn?t apologize.The only reason this has two stars is because of the other staff. They are always polite and very speedy, the managers areAMAZING. But that kid who works breakfast is terrible and needs a new job. Read more
I use the kiosk to make my order. There's no one else in the lobby at the time. I waited over 10 minutes I finally went up to... the counter and inquired. The employee picked up my food that was already on the tray. I had to ask for a drink that alreadypaid for. The sandwich was cold from sitting so long. Sad. Read more
At the drive thru tonight it was a joke. we put in a simple order and they acted like it was complex. when we got home both of... our orders were wrong. couldn't tell if it was just a new person working or what, but the service was terrible. add to the factthat the drive thru had a long line of cars. we must have waited 15 to 20 minutes to finally get 2 burgers and a double quarterpounder (which they did incorrectly). unbelievable. Went to this McDonald's tonight at 10:15p and ordered food for my family which included a Big Mac combo (among other things).... Got home and found that my Big Mac had NO MEAT at all!!! Went back to complain of course at 10:51p and store was pitch blackwith no cars on lot... Yet they close at 11p!?!? We always have issues with this McDonald's but this takes the cake. If only I could give zero stars! This McDonald's is a freaking joke!!!! I have refrained posting before now but ive had enough,... tonight was the final straw for me. The chick taking orders was so rude. Then was asked to pull up and waited almost 15 minutesfor food (supposedly due to fresh fries being made)...watching countless cars leave behind me. I called and called finallygetting ahold of someone to be told they "accidentally" gave my order to someone else. So they bring out my food and run off.Food was COLD! And of course no receipt put in my bag as asked! So now I have spent money on cold food and wasted time. Read more
