Posting for myself to stop coming here. Food is what you pay for so that's the norm But after being told that a milkshake I... ordered that was filled 3/4th the cup and again that's where it's supposed to be was it for me. I removed the whipped cream andlittle to no milkshake and that was the result. (I always order without toppings but that request gets ignored everywhere). Thisis just corporate greed. Go to a better mcdonald's. I'm a paramedic for a transport company and we rarely get to stop for food. When we did all we got... was attitude and frustration. All I wanted was caffeine for free because all the points I have. I wanted to use them since Istop and the cashier inputted the wrong information. But immediately it was my fault. So I went through the drive thru asecond time in my ambulance and got my frappe myself. To top it off the woman in a red shirt was making fun of me that I mightnot have the correct card for a return even though I know more about the online system then she obviously does. I had one issue of my overly toasted bagel meals one day and I spoke with the manager Dwayne about it. I went in today and the... manager Dwayne was very nice and replaced our meals. They get 10/10 I will definitely be back. Great staff and courteous andvery caring helpful. Keep up good work. Give the whole staff a raise yes indeed. IM SO HAPPY TODAY!!! I go here on a regular basis and half of the time my order was missing items, made with things I asked not to be on the... sandwich, and now my milkshake my boyfriend ordered for me via doordash was given to someone else so because of this theyrefused to make my order even though it was their mistake. Doordash couldn?t give dash credits so now my boyfriend is out themoney until they refund it. Why do employees get paid $15/hour to screw up orders consistently? We ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. We went on to work and opened to eat on the way. They were both ham and egg with no cheese.... So dry We couldn't eat them. Bad enough the order was wrong and we paid $10.03, but what we did get was dry and chewy. Nevergoing back bc this isn't the 1st time smh. Read more
Sharon, one of the employees was delightful to talk to as I waited for my order. She told me that the McDonald?s big wigs asked... her what she would recommend to improve her job and she told them a second pick-up window for customers waiting for larger orspecial orders. I thought that was really cool?that she came up with that and that McDonald?s listened. She seemed very happy tobe working for McDonald?s. Service was good, and food was tasty. The male manager at this location is very unprofessional. I ordered at the drive through and they got my order wrong yet the... other employees were kind and understanding. The manager felt the need to make things difficult and be super petty; getting myorder wrong on purpose. After no longer wanting to spend my money there & asking for a refund he still did not give me a fullrefund for my order but took and trashed my entire order. Read more
