Went to this location today & waited 6mins before anyone came out from the back. An extremely rude employee informed us that... they no longer allow sampling (which they previously did), because of Covid. With a 4yr old who is indecisive to begin with,this makes things extremely difficult. Even as an adult, I want to know how the flavor tastes before ending up with a full cupof it & wasting my money. My husband put a small drop into a cup & asked if our daughter could just let her taste it & the girlreplied ?you need to pay for it first?. Are you kidding me?! You have the spoon tray completely exposed right next to theregister, along with one spoon in each of your topping containers for use, but you no longer allow tasting because of Covid?!That excuse makes no sense & we will not be back. The frozen yogurt was good but the cleanliness of the indoor dining area was nasty, sofa seating had spots on them, floor had... food scraps all over and someone mopped with a dirty mop. Read more
Our company decided to send our clients on a surprise outing with our staff, to give them a life experience that some of them... have had and some have not experienced before. When our staff returned they were frustrated by the way they our clients werelooked upon and the way they were treated. After our order was taken the Orange Leaf employee asked if our ride was coming backto pick them up. Which made the staff feel like they were not welcome to stay and enjoy their yogurt.That just shows that peopleare still very judgmental towards people who look different than themselves, whether it?s a person with a disability or of adifferent nationality. What a fun little froyo shop. It has a bunch of flavors as well as a bunch of toppings. There are a ton of neat little... combinations. The store itself is spacious and clean. The assembly is quick and fun. The place is a tad pricey, but it doesn'ttaste like cheap froyo. I'll be coming back here for sure. The outside benches are nice as well. Read more
Love this place come here a lot. Sometimes they are out of flavors but they have so many to choose from you can always create... something new.. they change up the toppings too so thats nice but i love that they have a lot of fresh fruit to choose from. Read more
I have been here numerous times as we enjoy the selection and variety of toppings. I was here today for the first time in a few... months and the selection and variety were still great. However, the entire store had a bad smell, almost like garbage, and thefloor was very sticky as well. It made me feel like the store was not very clean and made us eat quickly and leave. Hopefullythis was just a one time thing, but it made me feel like the place has gone downhill since I last visited. Read more
This was one of my favorite places to go get froyo. It's build your own and there's quite a few choices, from milk based to... juice based yogurts. There's plenty of toppings to choose from and syrups too. Lately, the flavors of the ice cream have beenmuted and not as flavorful, which is disappointing. The only thing is, it's based on weight and it can get pricey to make astacked cup. The plastic chairs are pretty uncomfortable, but the couch is nice. There's also outdoor seating and I like sittingoutside on warm summer night. Staff was very friendly and they helped us get samples. I recommend coming here for dessert, witha group, families, kids, and casual dates! There's plenty of parking in the lot, tables, but no WiFi. Read more
Called the store to inquire about their non dairy flavors, it 6:43pm Oct18th. The store isn?t supposed to close until 9pm.... However the young lady who answers the phone tells me they?re about to close in 20mins bc it?s ?so cold? outside.. I ask herwhat time do they normally close during the winter time she responds 9pm.. so I?m generally confused how if a customer iswanting to come and get non dairy froyo how you can go on to say you?re going to close in 20mins bc your store is dead due to itbeing ?so cold out.?
