I just wasted 33.00 on two pizza's. I should have known that the online order was done to fast... yeppers the pizza needed to... be cooked longer. Once at home the pizza inside was half cooked and the outside crust was not done also. I never had issues withthis location before. Read more
I've ordered from this location a couple times now and I'm less than impressed. Papa John's have gone downhill in my opinion.... The pizza just wasn't good. I can't even pin point exactly what about the pizza wasn't good. The ingredients are either fake,old, or cheap. The delivery driver on my last delivery must have been in an accident because my pizza looked as if it had beenin an accident. Nobody cares anymore. Read more
On hold for 25 minutes so far. They have the creepiest call waiting ever. They close way too early so we accidentally placed a... pick up order at night to find out it was going to be ready in the morning. There was no way to cancel it so now we have pizzasitting there waiting for pick up. I?m really frustrated because we used our papa points and probably won?t get that back. Read more
Wrong order was delivered. After waiting on hold for at least 15 minutes to report, I spoke with someone And was told they... realized their mistake and my order was being reprocessed. It would take another 20 minutes to arrive. I was told not to worryabout the food that was delivered, but unfortunately I had two little boys who were hungry and the wrong order wasn?t acceptablefor them. If I could give zero stars I would. There isn?t a way to tell how long delivery will be until after you?ve placed the order.... Upon finding out it would be over 100 minutes I tried to cancel. Well nobody answers the phone at the restaurant so there isn?tany way to cancel. If you would just provide people an opportunity to see what the delivery time before completing an order thiswould solve this problem. Read more
Great pizza and cheaper price than Donatos which I equally love. This store in particular always arrives within 45 minutes of me... ordering and stay open long I think until midnight so it?s usually less of a hassle and cost point than ordering from Donatos. Read more
