We have been waiting for 1 hr and 1/2 for a pizza that was supposed to be here in 60min. It is lukewarm at best. Very... disappointing because we have ordered here before with no issues. I did call to see where my pizza was and was told to call herback in 3 minutes after she contacted her driver to check on it. Bad customer service...get it together Westerville. Read more

If you don't mind people not washing their hands and handling your food then this is the place for you. It's badly mismanaged... and they just closed down earlier this month for two weeks due to staff quitting after being told they had to do more than theirwork load and arguing and stuff. First time ordering from this place. Got an estimate of 20 minutes till done. Show up 30 minutes after ordering just for them to... tell me there?s still 12 minutes because their back printer was turned off. You been open all day and one of your printers wasoff? Not impressed, all of my food was done except for one thing so by the time I got everything the things that were ready wascold. Two guys were working one was on his cell phone and one wasn?t cooking anything so my question is what was getting done? Read more
We have noticed this restaurant for so long but didn't give it a try because of the low rating. The first time we went, we got a... large pizza and breadstick. The order was finished on time and had no issue with pickup. Surprisingly, their crust was sofluffy, and we could eat the whole thing. However, they didn't seal the sauce properly and left the portion cups upside down,which caused a mess. We returned for the second time and tried more flavors and traditional wings. The pizza quality was stable,but the wings differed slightly from what we expected. The wings' size was much larger than the average restaurant, which wasgood, but the skin was not crispy. You may try it if you are a meat lover but don't mind having non-crispy wings. Read more
Was just hand delivered one addicting pizza! We could not stop eating it. The thin crust with old world pepperoni and carmelized... onion is the way to go! Fantastically made. Beyond delicious. Melissa and her team take excellent care of their customers withimpeccable customer service. Very quick delivery and our driver was so kind.
