I have been to this Starbucks any time I am in Kroger. Each time the drinks are amazing but the customer service is awful. Dylan... is super slow at making drinks and does not listen to what you are ordering. The young ladies that work there are always doingtheir job fast and do it well. Read more
Wow? I?ve like literally never bothered to leave a bad review because I don?t think it?s right to give customer service workers... a hard time. I know it?s a hard job but dang this interaction really made me frustrated. I asked for a cold brew, they were out.Okay it?s late in the day- no biggie. Then I asked for a pistachio latte. They said they could make it. After waiting for 10minutes they told me the machine was broken. I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened. They gave me someone else?s drink onaccident and called me back once I walked a few steps. Then they finally gave me my tea but it was just normal black tea. Employee was rude when my sister asked if she could customize a drink she said ?no I don?t make tiktok drinks? like she didn?t... even try to see what it was or anything the drink wasn?t really special she just showed the phone due to anxiety when talking...Next lady got a customized drink tho so idk why my sister couldn?t.
