We ordered online from this Subway tonight, because there was a deal at this store that wasn't available at New Albany (each... store is 4 +/- miles from our house). The hockey game was on, so I thought I'd be nice and go pick up the order. It wasraining, and cool (60°), and it was hard for me to breathe, because I use oxygen. Even though the store doesn't do curbsideafter 7, they were very nice and brought the order out to me. That's worth five stars right there. I can't thank them enough. I just spend $8.99 for a $5 sub , I basically got bread with oil and vinegar the serving portions are ridiculous small and the... gentleman if you can call him that should lose its franchise. Bad food , bad service , bad attitude I wish I could give a zerostar review because that?s what it deserves. Read more
Ordered curbside, he refused to honor it even with signage in windows. Didnt bring mask cause I wasnt expecting to go inside, so... I asked for a refund and he also refused. 11/23 5:45pm. He stood yelling on the phone at me through the window with my food inhand and refused to walk it out. I parked right next to the door. He said I had to take it up with the owner. Very rude worker. We ordered subs on app that said buy one great one free and when picked up the worker at counter worker very... rude and with a sharp tone said NO not at his store. What kind of customer service is that!!!! The app said it was aparticipating store Will never go there again! Read more
The customer service there is awful, the manager is really rude and short-tempered. I wouldn't recommend any customers going... here to buy food, I even saw hair in my sub, and the manager or an employee sneezed and touched my food accidentally. I'mappauled by how much customer service has declined, I'm disgusted. I hope in the future they get more decent employees,especially a manager who cares about his customers, and not shun them away as if they don't help run his restraunt. Read more
I had a great experience at this Subway last night... Came in around 6:15 and ordered 3 subs... The 2 counter women were quick,... pleasant, efficient and positive. I am glad to see great customer service! Bravo! Read more
Very nice Subway. Clean prices are average compared to other subways. The bread was fresh the food was fresh all the vegetables... were fresh all the meats were fresh. Both of the employees that were working or very nice cordial definitely would come back tothis Subway again if I'm in the area again Read more
One customer in front of us and one behind us. Employees moved at a moderate pace. I didn't feel rushed or felt like a burden.... Employees were friendly and restaurant was clean. Would recommend. Read more
