This place is never open when one specific manager is working.They make a different excuse everytime on their shift the reason... for the store to closed on the inside. Whenever any other manager is working they have the lobby open nice and clean. Very inconvenient if you are picking up an order and don?t have a car, if the store is open for dine in other days of the week itshould be open all days. Hours of operation are stated on the door as well and there is no sign in sight that ever mentions onlydrive through. Very bad service in that department, needs to be addressed. Read more
A huge shoutout to the Tuesday night crew! I normally do a pickup most Tuesday nights. Each time the line is quick and the... staff are friendly. In a time where everywhere is short staffed this crew is top notch. Food is always well prepared and itlooks like they are having fun. Read more
Literally everything in the bag was incorrect. Went through around 8:50 pm and there was a few cars but not many in line. Spent... $21.99 and probably was only able to eat about $3 worth of it. Garbage food, although the only saving grace was the friendlylady at the window. Won't go back though.. Read more
I went here around 1:20am. The older gentleman on drive thru had the best customer service and was the nicest Taco Bell employee... i?ve ever met. I worked at a different Taco Bell in the area the last two years and let me tell you ours was nothing compared tothis. Our night people were never this friendly and courteous. And my order was accurate!! KEEP IT UP!!!! OHH and he counted thenumber of items not once but TWICE to make sure it was right. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE???????????????? Read more

Ordered a chili cheese burrito and received a wrapper that looked like it had been lightly rubbed with the back of a chili spoon... and then sprinkled with a teaspoon of cheese for almost 3$, scrapped off there may have been about 1/5th or 1/6th of a teaspoonof meat on the whole thing, most of the workers were standing around, almost everything at the condiment counter was empty,everyone there seemed to be doing the bare minimum even when it came to the food so they didn't have to make anymore and couldjust stand around on their phones some more Read more
I ordered 2 bean burritos with no onion,asked for sour cream. Neither burrito had sour cream and one burrito had onions. I... asked 2 times for sour cream but apparently they just make them the way they want to. Maybe they should listen to the customer? Read more
