This location does know how to move people through the drive thru efficiently and the staff is very friendly. The donuts are... usually fresh however every single freaking time the coffee is burnt and disgusting. I will stick to other locations. Read more
Staff was extremely nice and prompt. Only negative thing is that the chairs that are curved wood or resin or plastic are... terribly uncomfortable. The armed chairs that give the illusion of comfort are also extremely uncomfortable. It is as tho theygive an image of inviting then make it horribly uncomfortable. Such a shame. It could draw loads of folks because theirselections to eat are great just not somewhere I want to spend any considerable time at. Only because the seats areuncomfortable. My chocolate donuts tasted stale, but the rest of the 1/2 dozen (honey dipped and vanilla creme) and pumpkin spice iced frappe... were great! Read more
I'm so tired of ordering a farmers breakfast wrap with bacon and they just can not get it right. I hate sausage. I only go here... Sunday mornings at 6:10 am after I drop off my wife at work. On the way back I stop at this store and always order the samething and when I get home its wrong. Fix your system that allows this to happen 7 times out of 10 and I am not embellishing. If they do this to me one more time I am done forever going here. Get your act together. Very Unhappy again. Read more
Their menu selection is good even after Covid. So many other restaurants dropped all vegetables and added pastries instead.... Their restroom is clean and it's OPEN. They have enough staff to provide fast service. Thank you for being so reasonable. Read more
Our go to place for breakfast. Very friendly and happy staff, that operates with a laser focus on putting together your order... very quickly. If you can get past the doughnut and muffin counter, (very rare, but focus!) there is an excellent menu of "eat onthe move" menu items, that is way better than the any of the other fast food competitors. And the drive thru also is much fasterthan any other place in town. Tim's is the very best! Read more
I loved the French Vanilla Cappuccino in Tim Hortons, Niagara. I tried the same from multiple Tim Hortons in Columbus, but the... taste was bad. This store is simply Amazing, it has the same flavor that I had in Niagara, NY. I drive all the way to get mycoffee from here. Love it :) Read more
