I ordered 2 medium coffees the coffees were cold. refuse refund orders, and tell you to contact Tim Horton"s Corporate, Flys... buzzing around the donuts. A new owner bought this place from Egypt. Worst customer service. NEVER GO HER! Read more
Don?t bother making a mobile order to pickup because going in to stand in line would e much faster. It seems they don?t check... anything for mobile orders until a customer stands there for over 15 mins and finally someone asks why the customer is standingthere. Pretty disappointing. We will not be back as this was not the first issue with this store. Read more
What happened to this place, it's turning ghetto.. don't they realize we're living in Westerville? Dining room is closed, they... need new owners. Long lines almost to the street which means pollution. I still like to walk in a place and look at theirdelightful products.. but this place is a dump. You look at the car in front of you. Today I ordered a chocolate dip donut with 2 bacon egg and cheese snack wrappers and a drink. What I got was a blueberry muffin... and 2 snack wraps and drink. They do not listen to the order and they do not check to ensure what is ordered is in the bag.Today is not the only time this happens. Also, they put a donut with frosting in the same bag with something hot. What happensis the donut and frosting sticks to the bag. They rush your order out the door.
