When customers place a mobile order pick up, please Pay attention to the time it comes thru and placing it in the “MOBILE... ORDER” pickup area is pertinent for the customers pickup!!!!!! Asking customers who are clearly waiting for something if“they need help” would be good quality to have for a service industry Read more

So far this is the worst Tim hortons ever been at. I've dealt with it a few times because it's the closest one to my house. But... I'm fed up of wasting my money on this location. When they take your order they're so quick to shut you up and cut you off. Whenyou get up to the window they pay the just kind of throw your order at you rudely As if you're bothering them. Every time I geta ice cap for my kids through here it is the sorriest looking ice cap ever. They're also constantly out of donuts. A lot oftimes when I get home I have wrong or missing items. I think I'll drive the extra a few minutes to go to the better locationfrom now on. Read more

I’m a HUGE Tim Hortons fan but this location needs some serious employee overhaul. I’ve gone to this location several times... (glutton for punishment I guess) every single time the service is horrible. I typically give food establishments several timesbefore writing a bad review because everyone has bad days and you can’t always judge something on one bad experience. I wentinside with my son to grab lunch today. There is 4 employees inside. 1 mopping the back (he gets a pass as he was busy) but theother 3 just standing all in one corner discussing life. Ok fine all I ask for is to at least look up and acknowledge mypresence. Nope not a single one of them said anything. Not I hi, welcome, or we’ll be right with you. Just stood there talkingto each other. Maybe they didn’t see us you say? We’ll all 3 made eye contact with me and still said nothing. They continuedon about their day like we were invisible. They then took care of 2 drive thru people that pulled in after we had walked inside.A solid 10 minutes goes by and the girl walked over and said “so you decide what your eating?” By this point I’m slightlyirritated. She asks what to drink with the meal? I look over to see the options and say Barqs root beer. Oh we don’t have thatjust looks like we do. Ok just coke then. No customer service skills whatsoever apparent in any of the workers. Not only thatthe 2 guys were complaining about making the orders for drive thru the entire the young lady was taking our order. I manage arestaurant myself and completely understand workers are hard to find and good workers are even harder. But, this is 100% areflection on management or lack there of. If you aren’t setting standards and training properly how can you expect them towork and be productive. This is a great location and has potential to be a great store but with employees like this things areonly going to continue to go down hill. Clearly this is a recurring issue as proven by all the other reviews. Read more

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever, the employees saw me come to the window and I had placed a paid mobile order already. They... ignored my presence and left the Cafe ignoring me not even informing that they couldn't help my order. WORST STAFF EVER.. DONOTGO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! Read more

I'm a big fan of Tim Hortons but I must admit I was a bit disappointed in this particular location's mannerism when dealing... with simple problems. I came in this morning for a food delivery pick up majority of the time the order itself is already placedwell before we get there and I'm not sure if my customer might have called and was constantly changing their order and maybethat prompted their frustration and their overall will to just give up and cancel the order. But when I got to the window thewoman hardly gave me any time to tell her the name of the order I was picking up. I just mentioned the app and she just outrightsaid that they didn't have anything my customer ordered. Now the best way to have handled this was just to Simply ask if therewere any alternatives she was willing to take and most of these apps give you access to these customers information to callahead but it was obvious she didn't want to even put in the work and she just wanted me to cancel everything for her. I'msorry I'm not about to do that gas is too expensive to be dealing with anybody's laziness so I told her to tell me what flavorDonuts she did have because my customer ordered a dozen of fairly basic donuts. She acted as if the woman ordered one ofeverything and guess what they had two out of three of the flavors that my customer ordered and she only wanted two of the onlyflavor that you guys did not have which definitely means someone was just being lazy and it wasn't even necessary to put thatenergy out there you could have easily solved the problem yourself. End result my customer opted in to just have two of each ofthe flavors she already ordered . ? Read more

This location has been consistently bad for awhile now. I’ve given it multiple chances and today was the last time that... I’ll ever go there. It’s slow, no sense of urgency from the employees, no matter who the manager is, they always has anattitude, and they usually never have what I want to order (smh). Try to avoid going to this location especially if there’s aline. If you have to go, only go when you’re the only person in line. I hope management steps up their game or is replaced! May be take some tips from the Tim Hortons off of the New Albany Rd exit on 161. That location is ran like a well-oiledmachine- the employees are pleasant, efficient and hardworking. Otherwise, I hope the Sunbury rd. Tim Hortons shuts down and isreplaced with a Playa Bowls, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. Read more

Needed a creative way for my kiddo to ask his date to the prom and luckily they had the right donuts at this Tom Hortons. They... don't have them all out so we had to ask for more of the chocolate iced, luckily they had some in the back. Odd thing though, they are made in Canada, shipped and "finished" here. Supper friendly staff made this a good experience ???? Read more
