It was bad... now to be fair the food wasn't horrible but it reminded us of a school cafeteria burger, kinda bland ???????????... it was ok but nothing spectacular... the thing that stood out to me was the poor service... so follow me, I also ordered a saladwith ranch dressing and sweet potato fries... I received a salad with Italian dressing no sweet potato fries, I had to go backand address this with the cashier... my daughter ordered a double cheeseburger... she said "dad there's no cheese..." ???? ugh,I go back they add cheese, she starts eating the burger, she says "dad this is a single patty not a double cheeseburger"??????????? ok now I have to go back again... then as I was getting a refill on my drink I notice the cook isnt wearing glovesand he tells the cashier "stop taking orders I can't do this alone..." I'm assuming they were short staffed and he was the onlycook... idk but what I do know is, it was a debacle, I could tell he was frustrated but overall although the service was poorand our order wasnt correct several times over, the food wasnt good enough to balance out the lack of service, I will never goback, no matter the location. I'm like a Duke or Kentucky star basketball player with this place, I'm one and done. One time andnever again. Read more

The quality has gone down since last we were there. The fries were good, normal quality, and the milkshakes were good, but our... burgers were lacking. The meat seemed less than in the past, they were dry and lacked their normal flavor, in fact very lackingin flavor. The buns were falling apart. I know how long it usually takes them to make our meal and this was done veryquickly....some might see this as a positive but it almost seemed like they were made ahead of time. I don't like to leave anegative review based on one bad meal when we've had very good ones in the past, but I see no place to leave a comment to themanager or on their website. Read more
My first experience here , and they didnt disappoint. It was a great burger, and despite the fries being crinkle cut, which I... normally don't like, these were cooked right with a seasoning that made me reconsider my bias against the style of fries. Wellplayed. Read more
The Big Ugly Elk Burger was amazing!! Tasted so great. I was able to finish the burger in under 7 minutes and the entire plate... in under 10 minutes! Got my picture on the wall for finishing it. Read more
It was a decent burger with good flame grilled taste, but the bun was a bit dry and crumbly, especially the top half. The bottom... held on but the top was splitting all over the place with toppings popping out. I had the double burger but next time I'dprobably go for a single since the burger was too tall for a comfortable bite. The wavy fries were nice and crispy and the hotsauce to go along with them is a good call if you like spicy. Overall, decent burger joint. Read more
A good predictable, fast sandwich place. Good for group of kids. We like the outside, picnic tables only but not hardly used.
