Go to this location often, but always for lunch and service is always fantastic. Evening crew was a different story. Drive thru... had 3 workers taking orders (one was training) and I worker handing out orders. Line was backed up and moving exceptionallyslow. Was second car from front of line when worker brings food out says what I think was my name, but car in front says yea andworker gives my food to them. That individual promptly says this isn?t my order, and worker takes the drinks back but leaves thefood. 15 minutes later, still 2nd car from front, worker takes new drinks to car in front and asks them to pull to waiting area.Comes to me and I ask if that was my food and he says yes and gives me a free sandwich card and says pull to the waiting area wehave orders for the people behind you.. I ask why and he says we are cooking your food..so I pull to waiting area, keep in mindit has been 30 minutes at this point (couldn?t leave because I was blocked in for that whole time in line. So another 15 minutesgoes by and finally get my food. Workers says sorry for the long wait have a good day and it was my pleasure and walks away.Check my food and of course missing the condiments I had originally asked for, no napkins, and fries were cold and undercooked.But there was a brownie? the purpose of this review is not to complain about bad service, but to help the process so thisdoesn?t happen in the future. 1st thing I noticed and notice it at every location I visit. When they take your name for yourorder they never say it back or confirm the spelling. Have had multiple times when getting my order that they have my nameterribly messed up. 2nd the worker giving orders needs to be confident when speaking and communicate clearly. Had this happenedthe other person would have known it wasn?t their food. Lack of training, staff, and confidence is what lead to this badexperience. The wait wasn?t to bad at all, I ordered on the app and did curbside. The flavor was good just what you?d expect. I got a number... 1 with a diet lemonade. I?m not sure what it was but something made me sick. My roommate also said the last time they ate herethe same thing happened Read more

I give this store three stars. The food has been ok, generally correct and fast. However, I take off two stars for the god-awful... design of the property, parking lot, and drive through. Whoever put this together deserves to have to drive through it at thelunch hour. It's madness, and a hot mess. I dont wish it on my worst enemy. If you are a good driver, then stay out of thisplace. Your patience and sanity will be tested. If you are the usual clueless driver, puttering around in your own oblivion,then by all means stop on by - you wont be affected in any way. Read more

Drive through is molasses, drive through mobile ordering and regular drive through line extremely confusing. I sat in one line... fifteen minutes, wasn?t helped, drove through the other line because not clearly marked at line entrance, food is sub parcompared to other Chick-fil-A?s, so is service. Went for a family lunch on our day off of school. Beautiful day so we sat outside. Food was great as always, but there were some... pesky bees bothering us. Typical for a late summer day in Indiana. The owner noticed, came outside, and within 5 seconds foundthe bee and killed it with his bare hands. A few minutes later he came out with ice cream cones for the whole family. Thankyou! Online order: food was missing from my order when I finally checked at home and the macaroni and cheese (three orders) was all... burnt. The solution for the missing items when i called was to return to the store with my receipt to ask for a refund. It was 8in the evening. I don?t have time to just ?run back over? to ask for a replacement or refund - that?s why I did the online order- to save time. So poorly managed. Read more

Got to drive up ordering person at 10:28am, and was told that since it was before 10:30am I could only order breakfast. I said... "what if I wait here 2 minutes, can I then order lunch?". Was told that since I got to him before 10:30, it was only breakfast!?!?! So I ordered 4 of the little nuggets on a biscuit --received them quickly, but they were just dropped in the bag loose,with no sauce and no napkin!! Will not be visiting this location again!
