I ordered 2 deluxes burgers and asked them to add mustard to the burgers on top of everything else. Unfortunately when I got to... my location neither burger had any toppings other than the mustard, I was not in a position to head back to get this corrected.I?ve never had an issue like this before, definitely not satisfied with having more or less plain burgers. Order at the drive thru got lost in the shuffle, and we had to leave. I called and the manager remade our food and BROUGHT it... to us in Westfield. Amazing customer service. Read more

Definitely not impressed with this Culver's. After reading some of the other 1 star reviews I should have known better. I... understand this is a bunch of teenagers, but when you are in the food industry you need to understand certain things shouldn'tbe done while preparing food. One of the employees must have been applying perfume while making our custards. Our ice cream andspoons tasted like someone sprayed it directly in it. Read more

Drive through took nearly 30 minutes... Weren't that many cars even. Reading the previous reviews this is a poorly run Culvers.... Slowest Culver's I've ever been too and I've been to over a dozen. Got home and noticed my mushroom swiss burger was missingthe mushrooms.... Read more

It took me 25 minutes to receive a simple order of a burger and fries. Staff mostly consisted of teenagers standing around... barely doing anything. I was eventually appalled when the staff made orders for themselves while the customers were waiting. Atone point I even saw a young girl take a spoon and eat off the fresh custard tubes. Also, I heard swears coming from the kitchenrepeatedly. A gentleman came up to me and we both discussed the situation around us at hand. When my order did come, theemployee was walking all over the place and could not find me, even when I asserted that I was inside, clearly not paying anyattention. The saving grace was that there was this one lady who was working and took charge of the orders effectively. Alsoprops to Eli (the cashier) for his professionalism throughout the chaos. I recognize this store just opened but whoever the managers are need to do a better job of training their staff and being more... visible. I stood in side for 5-10 minutes before one of the order takers acknowledged I was there. I was the only person. Thenthey just stared at me. I had to ask them if I could place an order. They just shook their head. Culver?s is known for theircustomer service and this wasn?t it. Read more

Went to this new location with Link Woolums and was pleasantly surprised. What started out as a potential disaster ended up... being some of the finest customer service I've received in a long time. Our initial order was messed up but after a quick turnaround and friendly service, we had our order straightened out. Quick, polite, and clean! This place is gonna be great. Read more
