What is going on with this store? We used to order Dominos every time. We liked the pizza and the service was suitable. The last... couple experiences have been awful. It?s been over an hour since I ordered and still nothing. I?ve tried to call the storemultiple times and waited and waited, and never get anyone to answer the phone. I?m not sure if the pizza will end up comingtonight or not, but I?ll definitely be calling customer service tomorrow to get my money back and will likely not order fromthis store again, if I order from Dominos at all anymore. Not sure what the exact issue is but we attempted to order through the app, online, AND through the phone - and we received the... same error. The error does not explain what the problem is and we have tried using different types of payment and chose betweencarry out/delivery. When calling and attempting to make an order, the person on the other end said she received the same error.This issue has occurred several times in the past few months and we end up eating elsewhere. We will get transferred directly tothe store and they never answer. The first time I waited for 20mins and this most recent time I waited 10mins with no answer. Wewould love to solve the problem but will most likely never shop from this specific Domino?s due to the ongoing issues andextremely frustrating experience. Read more
Tried ordering online - site kept spinning. Called to order @ 7 pm, gave payment info, and call was somehow dropped. They had... said 37 minutes and that I would get a text when the driver was 10 minutes away. At 7:37, we tried calling again to verify theorder. i've been trying to place an order since 11pm and no one at the store is answering and i keep getting transferred to a call... center. hours say open til midnight and their call center confirms their hours til midnight but it's 11:51 and i still haven'tgotten my food nor have i been able to get ahold of anyone. i've been put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. I recommend if youwant your family to actually be able to eat dinner, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE. Read more
We have always enjoyed Dominos pizza. Unfortunately, the delivery time far exceeds our expectations. We watched the tracker, and... our pizza sat in "quality control" for over an hour. When we finally got ahold of them, she told us they only had one driver. Myhusband asked if it would be remade, and she said "no" because their warmers kept it warm. Hahaha! It was luke warm whendelivered an hour and a half from order time. Never again! Read more
In response to the owner....there will not be another order. I could of been had a very bad outcome if a ate that pizza. I... understand the pizza maker didn't do it on purpose, but it's how it was handled after that matters. NOTHING!!!!!! It was, "Youhad to report it sooner". This town has many pizza places, I went to domino's because I trusted domino's. In Massachusetts,Florida, Texas, North Carolina and the other states I have been too. You had your chance, you chose to to nothing. Bye. Ifyou have any food allergies, go elsewhere. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, got 1 with pepperoni, ham and onions. It was delivered at10pm at my place of employment. I got to it after domino's closed. After a 12hr night shift, I went home to sleep. Ireported It later in the day.
