If I could give this business a 0 I would. Went through the drive through at 6:55pm to grab my kids a couple of donuts after a... soccer game( they closed at 7).The girl proceeded to tell me they had no donuts; I was slightly irritated and made a commentabout how they shouldn?t have been thrown out before they closed. After some flippant remark from her, I simply drove away. Theyoung blonde worker proceeded to give me the finger while leaning out the drive through window as I drove away. Unacceptable. She should be fired. If my daughter ever behaved that way, I?d be appalled: Typical young brat. Read more

It is 5:26pm as i am writing this. Me and a coworker on break wanted to grab one of the hot white chocolate drinks. However the... door is locked and the employee inside looked at me and my coworker and hid behind the counter after we knocked. Open sign isstill on but doors are locked. Absolutely horrible way to conduct service. Just called to ask why the door was locked theemployee made up a bogus claim then hung up on me. Horrible service employee is obviously lazy amd doesnt want to work. Read more

The longest wait I?ve ever had at a funko donuts. The folks putting together the hot food were not on their game. Had to like... 30 minutes for a sandwich and hash browns. Get your act together people! Read more

Pleasant staff but they didn't know a good recommendation for an iced latte. Ended up with an iced coffee with flavor shots and... no milk. Added creamer when I got home. Read more

I used to come here every morning on my weekends. As of recent, I am done. Even with 3 cars in drive thru, it takes 20 minutes.... Donuts get stacked upside down in the bags, my coffee (a basic iced vanilla latte with light ice) is somehow incorrect EVERYtime (how do you mess up something so basic???). Today, my food was burnt like to a black crumbly crisp. The prices areoutrageous for the quality of food and service. $11 for a sandwich and a latte. The drive thru guy also looked at the screen andtried to hand me someone else?s order? at this point I?m not sure what would save this place. The workers move at a snails pacedespite seeing the wait times or busy lobby. Better training? More incentive? More discipline? I don?t know but I hope itchanges because I prefer Dunkin coffee to Starbucks *edit* today, my entire order was botched. Instead of an iced latte I wasgiven an iced coffee. The donut was completely wrong. The sandwich was missing egg. Meanwhile I waited 20 minutes in the lobbyafter doing order ahead thinking it would help the problem. Starbucks will be getting my money from now on Read more

Staff is courteous and worked as fast as they could. Two breakfast bagels took around 10 minutes to make on a Sunday morning.... Two breakfast bagels, one order of hash browns, and a wake up wrap cost about $22 and took 10-12 minutes to receive in the drivethru. Read more

On a Sunday morning at 8:45 AM, I found the front door locked and unable to walk in and pick-up my app order. Then found 14 cars... ahead of me in the drive-through line, wrapped around the building. After four attempts to call the store without an answer, Iwas told the front door was locked because they were understaffed. When I finally got my order, 45 minutes after making it, mysandwich was cold and the coffee lukewarm. I know this is because of understaffing, which is in issue everywhere in 2021, buteven the Google maps said it was ?less busy as usual today.? Read more

I get some lack staffing. Why your lobby isn?t open for mobile order pick up and you allow your drive thru to be this busy is... insane. Absolutely no excuses. If you can?t prevent this don?t open your doors. Period. Probably 20 cars from pick up widow allthe way blocking the subway pick up windows now. Inexcusable. Read more
