My boyfriend and I usually have good experiences with Jan's, but unfortunately not last night.. We ordered two 10-inch pizzas,... an order of smothered bread sticks, & a 2-liter coke. However, we received only one of our pizzas instead of two, two orders ofbread sticks instead of one, and NO 2-liter coke. What we got tasted good, but we were still disappointed that we didn't receivewhat we were looking forward to. It was a lot of carbs and cheese basically since we didn't receive our other pizza withtoppings. That's the reason I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. Read more
Only judging their lunch buffet, came in at 12:30 prime time lunch, there were 3 pizzas on the bar, only one seemed interesting... to me but I tried all 3 since there were limited options, they all tasted like they?d been there for 20 minutes already. Wasthere for half an hour and they never put out another fresh pizza, looked around the corner to see if they were making more butthe old man was just chopping things. Paid $14, should?ve got a frozen pizza for $5 instead or a $10 pizza somewhere else. Read more
Delivery is always late, but this was the first actual bad experience we?ve had. We don?t mind waiting for good pizza! My... husband went to pick up the order I placed online at the time the confirmation page said - the woman working said they had noorder under my name. She kept asking if it could be under ?Paige? (no, we don?t know Paige and we don?t want her food haha). Shewent back to the computer to prove that my order didn?t exist (which I sent my husband screenshots of the app and the paymentfrom my card), and refreshed the page, and there was my order. No apologies, no ?oops my bad?. Accidents happen, just own up tothem. Now I know why the deliveries are (probably) late - the web page has to be refreshed manually to see new orders! Ifpeople can?t remember to refresh; maybe switch systems or something. Read more

This review is based on delivery. I would give them no stars if possible. We ordered a Pizza on line at 5:15, estimated... delivery 6:05. Did not arrive. When looked at link, it stated: 6:25. Called at 6:30 and pizza was just placed in oven. StaffStated it would be delivered in 20 minutes (6:50). Or is now 7:14 and still no pizza.. would not recommend for delivery. Whencalled they apologize, but did not contact us to let us know the pizza would be late. Talked with hotel front staff and theystated they would not recommend; i agree. Read more
We received a pizza kit sold as a fundraiser for our Grandson?s baseball team. We loved every part of this project, since the... team helped with packaging. Most of all, we loved making the pizza last eve in Fort Wayne! What a great way for Jan?s Pizza,Westfield to support your community. Read more
Jan's lived up to its high online rating last night. The pizza was fantastic, and clearly made with fresh, quality ingredients.... The fresh basil I had added was so vibrant and really enhanced the flavor combo I chose. The service was also great - I waswell-attended to despite an entire baseball team coming in right after I arrived! Jan's has a small staff, so I appreciated notbeing forgotten, which could have easily happened. Thanks for the excellent experience! Read more
Tried this for the first time yesterday. The cheese was good, but the sauce was boring and didn't have any type of punch/taste.... The toppings were a bit sparse and no one in our family liked the breadsticks (we bought two orders and pretty much threw themall away.... and we really aren't that picky typically). I would not go again. I had a Fox59 deal saving me some cash on theorder, but if I didn't have that, the price would have been about the same as you'd pay for Greek's Pizza very close to there.Greek's is WAY WAY better for the same price so there really isn't a choice.
