Order took over an hour to arrive. Was ?out for delivery? for 40 minutes before arriving. Food was not fresh.i also called the... store and the manager spoke with me, when I asked him a time line on my food arriving.. he told me and I quote ?You clearlydon?t understand being short staffed. I like ordering a Tuna sandwich when it hot out and the person that made it today did an awesome job, loved the sandwich, great... job all the way around...update 8/16/22....the guy that made my Tuna club today out did himself, best sandwich to date, thanksagain for such awesome service Read more

This Charles's wife, Jimmy John's has to be one of my favorite sub! And I don't understand why they have such a hard time making... your sandwiches right. I ordered there probably at least three times a week if I can last night I ordered I didn't get mysandwich made right and I didn't get my drink tonight I ordered tonight.My sandwich is totally made wrong you know I wanted themto make it like they normally do just add onions and extra lettuce and no mayonnaise just bring me packets.I got nothing butlettuce I mean you pay to get what you want but you're not going to get what you want at this store. Not at all never. I think ,management should know because we're paying money for stuff that we're not even getting I mean I told the manager tonight and Itold the person last night I didn't get my pop did they bring it no so I just paid for a drink that I never received. And mysandwich tonight wrong. I think I'm done with Jimmy Johns. Read more

The gentleman working the drive thru was very rude when I had a question about the menu. He had to give me a second drink... because he spilled the first one and it had no ice in it. And I had to remind him to give me my credit card back. I will not bereturning to this establishment anytime soon. Read more

The last 5 orders have been awful: 4 out of 5 took more than 60-90 minutes before it left for delivery and then it said it was... out for delivery for nearly an hour after that. One of the deliveries was completely smashed and soggy, and my refund was neverprocessed. When we go through the drive-through, the food tends to be good except the time I ordered a Turkey Tom and came homeand it was just a loaf of bread with nothing on it!! This food is too expensive to be this wrong or poorly delivered sofrequently. I?m very forgiving with an occasional mistake (we?re all human), but the frequency of errors is so high I don?ttrust the food here anymore. Read more

I LOVE JJ's but this is the third time in as many orders that I had to call the store to check on delivery status. I don't mind... waiting but dont charge me a delivery fee and tip when you are delivering across the street and it takes 45 minutes for a $45delivery order. Ding dong? That is Subway asking 4 business. Read more

I placed a large online order for a corporate lunch event in Westfield. Only the sandwich portion was delivered. The store... forgot to delivery the chips, cookies and pickle bucket. The manager was informed and sent the rest of the order later but itnever arrived at our conference room location. The order had my cell phone on record but the store never alerted me of anythingduring the entire process. The manager stated he was "unable to give me any refund or comps" for the mistake.
