ALWAYS have the lobby locked and closed during dinner rush. Makes NO sense. At least should be unlocked for doordash pickup cuz... most drivers refuse to wait in a line for food that is ready and getting cold just to make $5. Do better management!! Read more
There was a very loud male employee that shouted at co workers from the cash register. It was so loud it made all the diners... jump and stare. He continued to be loud with them, all talking rather than watching what they were doing. No consideration fordiners or customers. I ordered at the kiosk and requested dine in and gave my table number. It said they would bring out myfood. The bag with my food sat at the counter along with a slip that clearly said "dine in" . I asked how long it had sat there& the gal said it had just been a few minutes. No one even called my table number. It was luke warm. Sorry I didn't order to go. Read more
I’ve gotten breakfast many times at this location between 6-8am and they’ve honestly been great every single time. Although... I must state that recently the vanilla iced coffee has changed in flavoring. Anyway, this location says it is open 24 hours so Ipull in at 11:55pm and see cones over both drive thru lanes. So I pull around and see employees just hanging out inside staringat me as I’m staring at them. I called them on the phone and there was no answer as well. The lady taking our order got the entire thing wrong and was arguing that we ordered incorrectly. Gave us the wrong cup size,... sandwich, complained when we asked for ranch, and then said "Told you" after i showed her the incorrectly rang up receipt. Veryfrustrating. Read more
Absolutely phenomenal service! Lady taking cash was upbeat and enthusiastic. And the young man at window was upbeat, fast and... went above and beyond. He CHECKED our Drink lids AFTER he started handing it to us. Like, what? Blown away. Read more
What can I say? It's a McDonald's, that means nothing tastes like what it's supposed to, it just tastes like McDonald's.... However, I will add I went in to get breakfast on Monday they were a little busy but it wasn't a big deal, myself and anothergentleman waited in line and then took a bunch of static from the manager because we didn't have the "McDonald's order app".Personally I try to keep all that kind of stuff off my phone cuz I don't know what else it does, and besides if I don't go backto a McDonald's again because of him I don't need their app. Other than that, like I said it's just another McDonald's, I reallydon't understand why anyone would need to review them. Other than for rude employees that get upset because I don't have the appto use their little kiosk. Read more

Charged for the wrong order, yelled at, and the food sucks, what else needs to be said? Some mcdonald's are fine, but you should... steer clear of this particular location. Used to be acceptable but they have gone downhill. Don't go. Read more
