Horrible service, horrible customer service, cold food, and condescending manager. I will never go here again. This review is... after multiple messed up orders, cold food every time, and talking to the manager that just wanted to evade blame and wasextremely condescending. Apparently good customer service now means not giving a first name, not giving the number to corporate,making excuses, and hanging up on customers. The wonderful family friendly company has been destroyed by the big corporation andPortillos lost a lifetime customer today. I never leave reviews because I try to cut slack, especially now.
