Customer service is very poor. I placed a mobile order and arrived on time. I waited an extra couple of minutes before I... inquired about the smoothies. The order slips were still sitting in the machine even though I had ordered over 20 minutes ago!No apology and then the manager did not even begin making them. Long story short, I had to ask 3 more times before I got thesmoothies and when I got one of them, it was so runny that it had to be remade. Worst part was no apology or urgency to fix thesituation. Please stop trying to get cheap labor with teenagers. They are extremely slow, easily distracted, no sense of urgency. I?ve been... in line 15+ minutes for a small smoothie and a store that is not at all busy. Adult labor is valuable. Pay them right. Withsmoothies this expensive there?s no reason they can?t get higher wages so you don?t have to hire kids. Read more

I came in late today just before close. I get that you want to just end the day and close as usual. But it is not an excuse for... the smoothie I was given. It was completely watered down and does not have a great taste. The service was slow for how manypeople were working as well. This is unacceptable. Read more
Westfield?s new Smoothie King place. Very new and clean. People works there very polite and helpful. Our smoothies came... relatively quick and tasty. Yes, we will go there more and often as family to try out the other smoothies. Read more
