Worst customer service ever! Literally never do reviews but this location has consistently gotten my order wrong and when I did... finally call to complain I was told that I had to wait for manager then when I spoke to manager the next day I was told if Ididn?t have the sandwich then they could not make me a new or refund. Seriously it?s mind blowing how down hill this locationhas become. You?d think ordering a chicken bacon ranch you?d at least have a little bacon but no none, pay for double meat you?dhope that they give the double meat you pay for! I tried to get food at 8:40 pm. I went to open the door but they?re both locked and the lady behind the register looked at me... and shooed me away smh. I only stopped here because it says this location closes at 9 pm. This location is notorious for closingearly. They cannot blame it on a shortage of workers either because I can see plenty of workers in there. Read more

Last FIVE orders have been incorrect. Today I ordered one sandwich and three completely different sandwiches arrived. Other... times it was the wrong order entirely, missing ingredients, missing sides, wrong sizes, sandwiches only half filled with meat. I called to ask what happened with my order and an older woman started complaining about the "15 year olds" working there. Ageism isn't the issue, they need proper training. This store needs to stop taking orders until they can fulfill themappropriately, and they need to fire the current manager as ageism is illegal in the US. Read more

Patrick and Jack were the only ones working and we had a HUGE order? the level of team work was incredible? they got all of our... order right and were pleasant and hard working. Stood in line patiently as I always have and had another group of customers followed by another man who came in behind me and I... guess the lady at the counter (who is apparently the GM?) knew him or something and she completely disregarded the fact I hadbeen standing there and proceeded to take his order instead after the other customers originally behind me let him go beforethem but I was still standing in front of all of them waiting to have my order taken. But she still decided it to be a good ideato take his order first. Wrong idea. I walked out amazed at the disrespect. Terrible customer service. You won't be getting anymore of my money. Wasted my lunch break. I don't advise going here if you are in a good mood and actually want food to be madefor you. Read more
