The overall service at this location is really hit or miss. Tonight the food and the service speed were fine, but the... friendliness of the employee at the window was disappointing. No "you're welcome" when I said "thank you" after I was handed myfood. In fact, the employee didn't say a single word to me when I pulled up. Just stuck the bag out and shut the window after Itook it. I guess this is what passes for customer service in 2022. Read more
Un friggin believable! I don?t know how to start this. Let?s start by addressing the fact this Taco Bell has a 3.5 star rating... and they are 1000% better than the Taco Bell on 135 and stones crossing rd in greenwood. I tried one thing there and it blew meaway so much I called my wife. She told me to go back and order our regular favorite items. Nothing disappointed!! In fact weusually have to order so much food from our Taco Bell here in center grove to equal anything. I spent $20 at the Taco Bell inWestfield and it was way too much for us to eat. It was fresh even an hour after I bought it!! It tasted better an hour laterthan our Taco Bell is when we dine in. Isn?t that nuts?!I really wish that whom ever owns the Westfield location would come ondown to greenwood and order some food so they could see the dramatic difference . It's been hit and miss with this location but this last order i had enough and had to review. Quesadilla wasn't even cut and one... was half full, the regular crunchy tacos were dripping wet with other items not supposed to be included like sour cream andrandom tomato bits. The crunchy taco Supreme looks like it was dropped on the floor and wasn't built at all correctly. Thisisn't the first time but whomever made all of our food obviously had zero F's. We didn't eat any of it because of how badeverything was put together. Be warned!!! Read more
This place has the best breakfast crunch wraps!!!! They're always full and made correctly! I get mine with no meat, and alot of... other places hardly get it right, and forget to mark mine so I can tell who's is whose... but this taco bell ALWAYS makes themright and they are ALWAYS so so delicious! I literally go out of my way 15 minutes in the mornings to go here instead of thetaco bell right on my route to work. So thank you for being Great! I will continue to wake up 30 minutes earlier just to comehere, as long as the service and food continues to be as great as it is! For those of you who don't like the bacon or sausagein your crunchwrap, it is delicious without meat! And, I recently found out they have a California crunch wrap.... which is alsogood! Read more
Not a good experience. The dining room was dirty. All the ice machines were broken. Food wasn?t prepared correctly. Trash was... poured from one trash can to another 2 feet from food prep. We won?t be back. Read more
