Delicious food, fun cocktails, and friendly service. We started our night with a Winter Gin & Tonic and a chocolate flavored Old... Fashion, both of which were delicious. We ordered the bruschetta for our appetizer, and it was very good with generous toppings,cheese, and balsamic. For our mains, my fiancèe got the Alla Vodka which was, to her delight, more tomato forward than manysuch dishes. The sauce was still creamy, but just enough to mellow the acidity of the tomato. I ordered the Sausage Orecchiette(oh-reck-ee-ET-tay, for those like me who don't know how to pronounce that). You should learn that pronunciation because it'sDEFINITELY worth ordering - creamy and spicy. There's enough in there to compose each bite however you would like, but not somuch that you're bringing home a sad doggy bag to crowd your fridge. I finished off with a chocolate cannoli, which waseverything a cannoli should aspire to be. We had the BEST dinner experience at The Italian House! We were there celebrating a birthday. Our server Jenna was so friendly... and attentive. We had several staff members talk with us throughout our experience, and you can tell they are proud of wherethey work and are happy with what they do!
